To become an amateur crêpe-maker and practice making crêpes and galettes on a billig(traditional cast iron griddle), register for one of our introductory cooking classes. The 4-hour classes combine theory and hands-on practice making crêpes and galettes. At the end of each class, participants gather around the table to sample the galettes and crêpes they’ve made.
