If you are between15 and 25 years of age, L’Atelier de la Crêpe offers a CQP Crêpier 6-month program that includes a work placement professional qualification contract.

Students spend part of their time in class at L’Atelier de la Crêpe and the rest of their time working in a creperie or restaurant.

Application to the program should take place several months before applying for a professional qualification contract.

The professional qualification contract can be a short- or long-term employment commitment. It calls for alternating periods of work-based training in a company and coursework at a learning institution. Professional qualification contracts usually last 6 to 12 months, but they may extend to up to 24 months in certain cases.
