L’Atelier de la Crêpe is a place of meeting, greed and transmission where one expresses his attachment to the Breton heritage around the galette and crepe.

The school offers a range of training à la carte, from initiation to advanced training for professionals of all ages and all backgrounds: CQP training (certificate of professional qualification), training in the fundamentals of the profession, training in hygiene and quality (HACCP).

Courses for individuals are also available to discover the job of crepier.

The pedagogical approach of our school allows students to combine theoretical classes and real life situations.

L’Atelier de la Crêpe’s teaching restaurant is an integral part of the coursework and activities at the school. There, participants and students learn cooking and serving skills, prepare galettes and crêpes using local ingredients, and manage a bustling lunchtime restaurant  with a 70-person seating capacity.

 

The restaurant is open for lunch Monday – Friday from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.

Your events and seminars are now hosted in the school’s meeting room, lounge, terrace and restaurant.

With 600 m2, the Atelier de la crepe offers a large number of services to organize your events and seminars entirely managed by our teams: team-building workshops, business meetings, conferences, cocktails and cocktail dinners.

Menus for groups are also available, made-to-measure by Chefs of the Breizh Café.
